Advertising Agreement

The undersigned advertiser and ADVERTISING MEDIA PRINT MANAGEMENT Image Designers hereby mutually agree as follows:

1. Advertiser will purchase the advertising or distribution service from the hereinafter designer. The Advertising or Service covered by this agreement, and the option, space and or frequency commitment of the Advertiser hereunder are indicated below.

2. Advertiser acknowledges designer now in effect applicable to The Advertising or Distribution Service designated rate above.
